Loustal is a new food truck concept that is set to open for the summer of 2021 in the beautiful Hossegor, SW France.

Loustal, in the dialect that was used long ago in"Les Landes", refers to the basic unit of the community that constitutes the peasant family. This word qualifies an area which designates both a geography, a living and working space, the land of childhood and the memory of the father and mother, but also of more distant ancestors. The oustal is the combination of a building, land and family memory.

I was contacted by the owner to realise the global visual identity of the brand. This is a still a work in progress and the definitive logo and identity has yet to be defined. Stay tuned as I will also be realising the website and a video for this precise client.

The general brief was the following : It had to be modern and hip but also somehow linked to the earth that will deliver the premium products the sandwich is made of.
